BTC is taking correction after getting rejected from the strong supply zone, and the bearish divergence is also in action. Currently, it is holding above the local support. If bulls couldn’t regain momentum from the current support, the next horizontal support is around $21.7K.
BTC is rejecting the strong supply zone after many attempts to break out of it. RSI is in the oversold region and displaying a bearish divergence. We’ve to wait for a solid breakout of the supply zone for the bullish continuation. If it keeps on dropping down, the marked horizontal support is a strong zone for it to return quickly.
